There are eleven spacious well-equipped and en-suite bedrooms as well as a charming self-catering apartment, Widgery's Nest, which has excellent aspects over the gardens to the surrounding moors and village beyond.
The house is surrounded by extensive gardens and grounds where you can stroll and get to know some of our resident horses, hens, ducks, cats and sheep, or sit on the patio next to the ponds and relax to the sound of the waterfalls while enjoying a cream tea. On cooler evenings have a glass of wine around the log fire in our elegant guest lounge and make friends with our friendly collie, Toby and red setter, Gypsy.
Rooms are available at 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated at 11am on the day of departure. Well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement (small extra cost), with dog baskets available on request.
