Lydford Country House & Restaurant offers a relaxed and informal setting for top quality accommodation and fine cuisine. The restaurant, which is also open to non-residents, has recently been relaunched with the appointment of Hugo Gouveia as Head Chef. The A la Carte menu is packed full of fresh local ingredients and changes on a regular basis. This is partly seasonal, and partly through our own desire to offer new dishes, week-in, week-out. Plans for the near future include the launch of new Fine Dining, Tasting and Early Bird menus. We also offer Private Dining rooms and bespoke menus, subject to sufficient notice, of course!
